This is a 1.5hr breastfeeding and postnatal support group providing a valuable resource for new parents navigating the challenges of breastfeeding and the postpartum period. These support meet-ups can be a lifeline for many parents seeking assistance with common breastfeeding, pumping or bottle feeding concerns, worries about adjusting to parenthood, how to continue breastfeeding after returning to work, and more. The Family Zone aims to provide a safe space for emotional support, fostering a sense of camaraderie among participants, which is equally essential in the postpartum journey. By attending these sessions, parents gain access to a wealth of knowledge, receive practical advice, and find solace in the shared experiences of others facing similar challenges. Postnatal support groups can play a vital role in empowering parents, helping them to not only overcome obstacles but also to foster new friendships. It's additionally a great opportunity to get out of the house and feel supported, which can be beneficial for the parent's mental health. Sessions may include other experts in the postpartum field, covering breathwork, sleep guidance, baby massage, music therapy and fitness. This is open to anyone with a baby 0-6 months. Friendly reminders1. You are recommended to bring your own equipment such as towels and spare clothes. Please dress according to the weather and wear comfortable sportswear to enjoy the workshop.2. Be timely so you can find a good spot and get settled into the relaxing atmosphere.3. To ensure a smooth and timely start to each class, please arrive at least 10-15 minutes before the scheduled start time. Please note that late arrivals will not be permitted to enter once the class has begun.4. Be mindful of your surroundings, especially when taking photos, and keep noise levels down if there is an ongoing session5. Please return equipment to its original place after use.6. Free locker service is available. We encourage the use of it to keep your property safe and activity areas clear.7. Plans change. We understand that unforeseen situations happen, please cancel your session via Eventbrite for the fairness of others.8.
