最近大家都流行講「筋膜」一詞,利用不同的按摩球在身體上滾動渴望達致消除痛症及筋膜放鬆等效果。大部份人相信,人必需使用很大的力量才能將縮短緊繃的肌肉放鬆,導致過份著重在用力把肌肉「鬆開」上。其實body rolling對身體所構成的影響遠超過只是單純的放鬆那麼簡單,它還是我們身體及神經系統學習的時間。
在這2小時的工作坊,我們會一起探索導致身體不平衡或痛症的盲點;學習呼吸;學習放開;從身體及心靈層面上重新認識自己。

Myofasical release is a big word now, everyone roll on balls hoping to get rid of pain. But body rolling is not just about releasing, it is also about moving and learning. Oftentimes people focus too much on the release, they go a little too hard too fast.
In this workshop, we will learn to get in contact with some of your biggest body blindspots; and learn to breathe, let go and increase physical-mental awareness along the way.

Yoga Tune Up® is a fitness therapy format built around the three P's – Pain, Posture and Performance. It helps eradicate pain, improve posture and enhance performance through a unique blend of Corrective Exercise, Self Massage and Yoga.

擁有超過10年的自我療癒經驗。曾遠赴蘇格蘭學習冥想及花精治療,期後跟隨台灣“懶人瑜珈”創造者學習身心靈放鬆及治療技巧。現為在香港唯一授教美國Yoga Tune Up®認證導師; NeuroKinetic Therapy® Level 2從業者;美國Scolimethod(脊椎側彎治癒從業者);香港伸展運動學會認證團體及私人伸展導師;認證筋膜放鬆及治療導師及台灣中華國際瑜珈協會 (Judy Yoga)認證療癒瑜珈導師。

My story is a miracle I always say. Being diagnosed with an immune system disorder, I was told to prepare to live on a wheelchair for the rest of my life. Being a fighter, I've spent years trying to prove the doctors wrong. Now I am healthy and happy, I am starting my mission to share my self healing journey and all that I've learnt to the world.
With over 10 years of self healing experiences. Had travel to Findhorn, Scotland to learn about meditation and flower essence therapy. Followed by one-on-one training with the founder of "Lazy Yoga" in Taiwan, further enhancing techniques for physical mental and spiritual healing. Currently the first and only certified Yoga Tune Up® teacher to teach in Hong Kong; Neurokinetic therapy level 2 certified practitioner; ScoliMethod certified practitioner; Hong Kong Stretching Exercise Association certified group and private stretch therapy instructor; certified Myofascial release instructor; certified Myofascial release therapist and Taiwan Judy Yoga certified therapeutic yoga instructor.
