About this event

  • Event lasts 1 hour

Begin your Saturday with intention through a carefully crafted journey of movement and breath. These sessions have been thoughtfully curated by instructor Karen Chiang — from a more gentle session in the early morning, to a more energising and invigorating flow session, to a more focused and strength building session that combines yoga and pilates - there is something for all!

8:30 - 9:30am | MORNING FLOW

Gently awaken your body and mind with our poolside Morning Flow--a nurturing Hatha yoga session perfect for beginners. This class invites you to restore balance through mindful, guided poses and breath awareness, helping you cultivate calm and clarity to carry with you throughout your day.

10:00 - 11:00am | INVIGORATING FLOW

Energise your Saturday with Invigorating Flow, a thoughtfully paced mixed-level class centered around a monthly theme. This practice blends mindful movement, alignment-focused postures, and skill-building exercises designed to both challenge and soothe, leaving you feeling vibrant, grounded, and connected. Suitable for all levels.

11:30am - 12:30pm | YOGALATES FLOW

Discover harmony in motion with Yogalates Flow--a mindful fusion of yoga and Pilates that strengthens your core, glutes, and spine mobility. This session deepens your mind-body connection through slow, controlled movements, helping you build strength, flexibility, and centeredness in a balanced, holistic practice.

About Karen:

I have been exploring fitness and well-being since 2015. I’m passionate about helping others fill their own cups and finding stillness in motion. My classes are challenging, but also joyful and calm. I teach uncomplicated sequences in a slow, alignment-based flow, always incorporating meditation and a savoured savasana.
