User Experience Design: by a conventional definition, is the process of manipulating user behavior through usability, accessibility, and desirability provided in the interaction with a product.

For the general public, it is not to understand how the system runs from an engineering perspective; what we care about in UX is more of how a user feels when using a digital platform.

In short, UX design is the process of design that focuses on providing the best experience to users. It is definitely one of the HOTTEST CAREERS in 2020 worldwide. However, given that the UX trade is relatively new to the Hong Kong market, there is only limited information available publicly to learn more about pursuing a career in this field.
