LUNA, a refined space that blends contemporary aesthetics with traditional Cantonese culinary art, showcases profound expertise in everything from dim sum to roasted meats, using carefully selected ingredients and modern techniques to reshape classic Cantonese flavors.
For this dinner, LUNA's Chef, Fu Chan, will ingeniously interpret the essence of Cantonese cuisine, skillfully incorporating “Kweichow Zhenjiu” to enhance the aroma, ensuring that each dish not only retains the charm of tradition but also gains the soul of Zhenjiu.
