主廚團隊精於以當代烹飪手法重塑經典，嚴選頂級食材，本次晚宴更在所有主菜中加入醬香濃厚的「貴州珍酒」，為食客呈現兼具創意與傳統的精品中菜盛宴。

Located in Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, HEXA meticulously crafts contemporary Cantonese cuisine, incorporating culinary influences from across China. The restaurant's design cleverly captures the charm of a scholar's study, seamlessly blending modern chic with classic elegance.

The chef team is adept at reinventing classics with contemporary culinary techniques and carefully selecting top-quality ingredients. This dinner also incorporates the rich and fragrant Kweichow Zhenjiu into all main courses, presenting diners with a fine Chinese cuisine feast that combines creativity and tradition.

• If a refund request is received 48 hours or before prior to the event, an 15% administration fee will be charged, and remaining amount will be credited for your next purchase and valid for 6 months since event date.

• If a refund request is received within 48 hours prior to the event or after the event, no refund will be eligible.
