銅鑼灣店以Artdeco懷舊風格作為靈感，裝潢復古典雅，更是在傳統菜式上加添創意，推出多款獨創新派菜式。

搭配優質醬香型白酒【貴州珍酒】，其浓郁酱香、醇厚口感和悠长余味將食材原有的鮮味進⼀步昇華，帶給您一場令味蕾流連忘返的美食美酒體驗。

Ming Kitchen is renowned for its unique Hong Kong-style seafood cuisine using only the freshest, premium ingredients. Its masterful culinary techniques have also won the hearts of both local and international diners.

The new Causeway Bay branch features elegant retro decor. While staying true to classic flavors, it also introduces a range of innovative seafood dishes.

Paired with the premium Zhenjiu — an aromatic baijiu with a mellow taste and long-lasting finish — the natural umami of the ingredients is further elevated, delivering an unforgettable gourmet experience.

Event Absence and Refund Policy

• If a refund request is received 48 hours or before prior to the event, an 15% administration fee will be charged, and remaining amount will be credited for your next purchase and valid for 6 months since event date.

• If a refund request is received within 48 hours prior to the event or after the event, no refund will be eligible.
