彭慶記在小店臥虎藏龍的跑馬地開業二十餘年，連續多年獲得米芝蓮一星，亦是不少城中名人的飯堂。餐廳主打懷舊手工順德菜，以街坊價錢便可享受星級美食，菜色堪稱經典中的經典。

Pang's Kitchen, a Michelin-starred staple in Happy Valley for over 20 years, is a celebrity-frequented spot serving timeless Shunde classics at neighborhood prices.

This special dinner features 11 iconic Cantonese dishes, paired with Kweichow Zhenjiu — a rich, nuanced sauce-aroma Baijiu honored as one of Chinese spirits served in national banquets. Together, they promise an exquisite experience of culinary mastery and premium Baijiu flavour.
