「賀賀澤」就是潮州話「好好食」，前身是北角某工業大廈內的穩世私房菜，不少名人都曾光顧。餐廳希望將傳統家鄉味道帶給更多人，故遷至尖沙咀，同時繼續做海鮮批發，堅持以第一手新鮮食材烹調，讓食客品嚐到最平靚正的潮州美食。

搭配享有“中國醬香型白酒典范”之稱的貴州珍酒，富有層次感的醬香能襯托滷水的深邃，甘甜的尾韻可平衡龍蝦的鮮美，為您帶來味覺的華麗升華。

Meaning "delicious" in Teochew dialect, Ho Ho Chak was formerly a private kitchen in North Point before relocating to Tsim Sha Tsui. With first-hand access to the freshest seafoods and ingredients, the restaurant aims to bring authentic, premium yet affordable Teochew cuisine to a wider audience.

Paired with Kweichow ****Zhenjiu, one of the leading brands of Chinese sauce-aroma baijiu, its layered aroma complements the depth of soy sauce braised dishes, while its sweet finish balances the umami of lobster—elevating your dining experience with a luxurious flourish.

Event Absence and Refund Policy

• If a refund request is received 48 hours or before prior to the event, an 15% administration fee will be charged, and remaining amount will be credited for your next purchase and valid for 6 months since event date.

• If a refund request is received within 48 hours prior to the event or after the event, no refund will be eligible.
