World Mental Health Day - Pro-Active Mental Health

Understanding how to talk about mental health and help someone in need are important skills. Many people feel uncomfortable and unprepared when thinking about starting a conversation with someone they are concerned about. According to World Health Organisation, 50% of mental health starts by the age of 14, 75% by the early twenties. Therefore schools and adults have an important role to play in education about emotional, social & mental wellbeing. Promoting positive lifestyles, healthy eating, exercise and sleep habits.
