This weekly bodyweight and band assisted class focuses on building endurance, strength, power and flexibility through full-body workout.

Absolutely! This class is suitable for all activity levels. As a trained osteopath, Coach Jonathan is particularly attentive to the form of each student to ensure an optimized physical health while avoiding injuries.
This is an outdoor workout. Please bring along a bottle of water and towel. You may consider bringing gloves, yoga mat for the cool down exercises too.
You will be greeted by a professional and kind instructor, as well as some friendly workout buddies. The class will include a warm up, full body workout , and a cool down stretch.
