What are the ticket prices?

Can I get a refund or transfer my ticket?

Tickets are non-refundable. However, they are transferable to another person. Just let us know who’s taking your place by emailing us. Only one transfer is allowed per ticket.

What happens if there’s a storm or severe weather?

If severe weather makes it unsafe to hold the onsite event (e.g., flooding, typhoons), we may reschedule the session. We’ll inform all attendees ASAP via email and social media.

Who’s responsible for internet issues during the Zoom session?

Online attendees are responsible for ensuring their own stable internet connection. Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for disruptions on the attendee’s side.
