60分鐘放鬆平躺於瑜珈墊上，靜聽西藏頌缽導師 Tsering Ngodup 演奏頌缽、銅鑼、以及其他樂器，讓音頻與你的每一個細胞共振，從耳朵到身體的每一個部分達到深層的放鬆。

Lie Flat on the yoga mat for 60 minutes, listening to the sound of Singing Bowls, Gongs and other instruments performed by 20+ yrs Tibetan singing bowl practitioner - Tsering Ngoup. Allow every body cell resonate with the virbation to reach a deep relaxation.

• 請穿著寬鬆衣物、運動鞋，以便於活動。
• 大會會提供瑜珈墊，建議可以自備毛巾達致更舒適的體驗。

Reminders：

• Please wear comfortable clothes and sneakers for ease of exercise
• Yoga Mat will be provided. Recommended to bring along a towel for a more comfortable experience.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before the workshop and prepare the e-tickets for check-in
• *Not recommended for individuals who are disabled, pregnant, have been diagnosed with conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, or other diseases that are not suitable for vigorous physical activities, or have a pacemaker installed. Participants with any of these conditions are strongly advised not to participate. Children aged under 12 shall be accompanied by guardians or parents during the activities.
• Paid tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded. Except upon occurrence of adverse weather conditions, i.e., when a tropical cyclone warning signal No. 3 or above is in force, or a Black, Red, or Amber Rainstorm Warning is issued, The Door Collective Limited reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event. The arrangement will be annouced at least 2 hours prior to the start of the activity.
