Weekday RYT200 Yoga Alliance Accredited Teacher Training Programme

The Programme comprises 3 main elements:

1. In Studio Training (Schedule Below)

Apr: 12, 14, 17, 19, 21, 24, 26, 28

May: 1, 3, 5, 8, 10, 12, 15, 17, 19

8:30 am - 12:00 pm

​2. Online Learning via the One Yoga Online Learning Platform covering (but not limited to):

- Yoga anatomy

- Yoga philosophy

- History of Yoga

- Sanskrit reading

3. 40-hour regular classes for asana practice at One Yoga Studio as part of the teacher training programme (already included in the tuition fee).

Students need to finish 2 & 3 within 3 months from the start date of the programme

HK$23,500 (Early Bird before 31st Mar)

HK$28,500 (Regular Price)

Language

The programme will be conducted in bilingual (Cantonese and English).

Terms & Condition

Once signed-up, the programme is non-refundable and non-transferable. Payment of tuition fee by bank transfer and online payment only.

Your place will only be confirmed upon receipt of payment as confirmed by us. Once payment has been made, you agree to all terms and conditions of the programme.

You agreed that there will be admin fee if you want to attend make up classes ($2000/class), subject to availability.

In the event that physical classes are being disrupted by COVID and/or government regulations/social distancing measures or when conducting a physical class becomes highly risky, classes would be rescheduled to a time when physical class could be resumed.

If you are not available to attend the physical classes on the rescheduled days, you have the option to change to later batch (once) with admin fee waived. Under no circumstances would the tuition fee be refunded.

Requirement

Applicants should have at least 6 months of regular yoga practice and prepare to commit to regular self-practice during the programme.

Certification

Upon graduation you will be awarded the 200-hour certification of completion with which you can register with Yoga Alliance as a RYT200 teacher.
