Description

In this 90-min group practice session, you will be introduced and guided to practice various types of mindfulness meditation and movement exercise. Find your inner peace and clarity, and bring awareness and kindness to your body and mind.

逢星期三晚舉行的1.5小時正念靜觀修習時段,導師將會指導小組一同共修各種靜觀練習,如靜坐及伸展等,好讓你能夠在完成一整天的繁忙活動後,在一個舒適的空間中找回內在的安寧及澄明,為自己的身心帶來多一點覺察與善念。

費用: 隨喜資助, 款項用作支付場地租金及運作

Audience: Max. 15 people. Suitable for beginners, MBSR/MBCT graduates and people with mindfulness experience.

對象: 最多15人。適合初學者及曾參與MBSR/MBCT 靜觀減壓及靜觀認知治療的舊生

We will provide Yoga mats and a dozen meditation cushions. You are welcome to bring your own equipment if you wish to. 場地有坐墊及瑜伽墊提供
