CHARBON is a platform dedicated to arts in South District Wong Chuk Hang. It is an hybrid, multipurpose art space which offers to the public exhibitions throughout the year, but also artist sharing & talks, film documentaries and movies screenings, live shows (drama, contemporary dance) and an art library. The purpose here is to create a place full of art and full of life, to host people working, chatting, reading, making, exchanging, meeting, creating and making noise, to provoque blends of different types of artistic expressions.

Presentation of a pictorial and choreographic work and discussion with Nathalie Rothkoff and Alice Rensy : choreographer Alice Rensy and painter Nathalie Rothkoff have created together a solo performance resulting from their one-month artistic residency in CHARBON art space. The performance is a first public showing of their continuous dialogue initiated 10 years ago. Their dialogues often come back to fineness, non-verbal memory, tears, joy. - Nathalie Rothkoff graduated from Beaux-Arts de Paris, she lives and works in Paris. Her work is driven by dissimulations and appearences. She is familiar with contemporary dance and has been set designer for drama from 1980 till 1991.
