Workshop Terms & Conditions:

1. 工作坊活動報名名額以先到先得形式取得。

The registration for the event is available on a first-come-first-served basis.

2. 工作坊活動費用全免。

The workshop fee is waived.

3. 報名一經付款作實將不可更改或取消，如需取消或因任何理由而未能出席課堂，本工作坊不會作出補堂或其他安排。有關的費用及名額亦不可轉讓他人。

Once the registration is made, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If you want to cancel or fail to attend the workshop for any reason, the Organiser will not offer make-up session, nor any other arrangement. Related fees and vacancy cannot be transferred to another person.

4. 於活動開始前3小時，若天文台仍發出八號預警 / 八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號 / 黑色暴雨警告信號，或政府發出「極端情況」公佈，則課堂將會取消；如警告於課堂開始前三小時除下，課堂則不受影響，可如期上課。

When Pre-No. 8 Special Announcement / Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning / "Extreme Conditions" Announcement is issued 3 hours before the commencement of the workshop, the workshop will be cancelled. If the warning signal is lowered or removed 3 hours before the commencement of workshop, the workshop will not be affected, and can be attended as scheduled.

5. 於必要時本工作坊可有權更改原定課程之導師、上課時間或地點。所有活動資料均以本工作坊最新公布為準，如有更改，恕不另行通知。如有任何異議，本工作坊擁有最後的決定權。

Workshop Organizer has the right to change the workshop time, location, and tutor. Each workshop details are subject to its Workshop Organiser’s latest updates. Kindly note that details may be changed without prior notice. In case of any objection, the Organiser has the final decision.

6. 於活動進行期間，除學員外，其他人仕不得進入工作坊或防礙活動進行。職員有權拒絕有關人士參加該次活動。

During the workshop, no one other than the participant himself or herself may enter, any intention to hinder the running of workshop is also prohibited. The staff has the right to refuse the person to participate in the workshop.

7. 所有於工作坊進行時所拍攝的相片或錄像，將會用作宣傳或推廣之用。相片及錄像版權將歸本工作坊所有。若閣下不欲於活動中被拍攝或將有關資料作其他用途，請告知活動職員，職員將會作出相應安排。

All photos or videos taken during the workshop will be used for publicity or promotion. Photo and video copyrights will be owned by the relevant Workshop Organizer. If you do not wish to be photographed at the event or have them used for other purposes, please inform the event staff and the staff will make the corresponding arrangement.

8. 由於工作坊內容（包括但不限於文字、圖片、連結等）和課堂資源均由課程的合作伙伴(或導師)提供，本工作坊不會就其有關事項負上責任。

Since the content and resources of the workshop (including but not limited to text, images, links, etc.) are provided by the course partners (or tutors), Organiser will not be responsible for its related matters.

9. 除特別註明外，所有工作坊均以粵語進行。

All workshops are conducted in Cantonese unless otherwise stated.

10. 參加者需自行負責閣下的行為及安全，並需遵從活動導師的帶領和指示，和遵守場地規則。

Participants are responsible for their behavior and safety at all times. They shall follow with the directions and instructions of the tutor and comply with the Site Rules and Regulations.

11. 本工作坊有權隨時修改本條例，而不另行通知。

Workshop Organizer reserves the right to amend this Regulation at any time without notice.

12. 如閣下按下「同意及提交」鍵後，即表示閣下已細閱並同意接受本服務的條款及細則及個人資料(私隱) 條例的約束◦
