In this retreat-like workshop, you will learn and experience basic self-healing techniques based on CranioSacral Therapy and other healing modalities that you can perform on yourself to promote relaxation, improve brain function, relieve pain and support healing.

CST is a gentle and natural approach to helping your body to heal itself by releasing restrictions in the craniosacral system. It is usually given as treatment session by a professional therapist. Some CranioSacral techniques can be done as self-treatment as a supplement to ongoing therapy or as a home remedy for various conditions. Also suitable for parents wishing to support their infant/child between CST sessions, and for anyone who would like to have a solid introduction to therapeutic touch.

What you will learn and experience:

Techniques good for relaxation, pain relief, sleep, sinus problems, dental work, digestion, immune system, reproductive function, emotional well-being and many others

Prerequisite: None, although having a CranioSacral Therapy session is highly recommended.
