Learn how to master traditional Greek food with Maria Saltiri. Her traditional Greek culinary knowledge combined with her passion and healthy twist will give a twist to your vegan cooking.

WHAT IS TSOUREKI?

Tsoureki is a Greek Easter bread that is soft, fluffy, with a stringy texture. Greek Easter bread has a full and rich flavor that comes from the two aromatic spices used in it. "Mastic" and "Mahlab". If you do get a chance to find the Greek exotic spices, we do recommend trying traditional recipes with them ( we will share the recipe too!)
