Module1:- The Training Industry. Understand the overview, evolution and upcoming opportunities of Corporate Training with self-assessment and group activities.
Module 2: Engagement Methodologies. Understand the main theories in experimental learning as well as the competency of being a Trainer with group activities.
End of day. Summary and Reflection
Day2
Welcoming & Energizer
Module3:- Preparation & Planning. Understand various stages of the Training Cycle in details with group activities.
Module4:- Facilitation Skills. Understand the essence of training, presentation, facilitation with role plays and presentations.
Closing
Benefits of this Program:-
This program has 4 different modules in which we would go through 2 modules per day, covering a variety of topics related to training and facilitation. At the workshops, apart from the knowledge taught, we would also tie it into real work environment with various case studies in order to ensure participants understand how to apply effectively.
After the workshops, participants would:
- Understand the fundamentals of the training industry, frameworks and methodologies.
- Understand the Skills, Knowledge, Attitude requirement to be an effective Trainer.
