TNN Charity Park Yoga
Overview
So what is this Park Yoga class?
Park Yoga
This class will include breathing exercises, dynamic vinyasa flows and stretches to start of your sunday and cultivate a more grounding start to the week ahead. Different options will be offered through the class to allow you to practice where you, your body and mind are at in the moment. Like all our Move Partners classes, we aim to make our practice accessible and move together as we support one another in our community.
Please note we will be hosting this class at Tamar Park, a 5-minute walk from the Admiralty Station, exit A. We will begin at 10am so we advise you to arrive 5 - 10 minutes before class starts. The class will be an hour long.
Ticketing
In line with TNN's actions to support Tai Po, we have made the decision to give 100% of our donations for this move partners class towards more immediate needs of those affected.
This class is a donate as you wish, with all proceeds towards Bethune House.
Bethune House is a registered charitable institution under the Mission for Migrant Workers to provide charitable assistance, social counseling, emergency relief and a place of refuge to migrant women and their families here in Hong Kong. They currently are helping migrant workers and their families affected by the Tai Po fire raise funds and also required supplies.
You can donate in cash after class or directly to Bethune House through the donation methods listed on their website: Support Tai Po Fire Victims — Bethune House
