"The Zephyr of Ukraine" is a mini-concert on Saturday, September 13, 2025, bringing a light, gentle breeze of Ukrainian tunes, melodies and songs to Goethe-Institut, Hong Kong. The programme is inspired by the Greek god Zephyros who personified the west wind, and the soft, airy, and delicate confectionery Zefir popular in Ukraine. It brings together a sweet, fresh mix of Ukrainian folk, modern and pop songs by Olena Tyrtychna and Nazar Tabachyshyn. As the Ukrainian wind carries us through a musical journey of renewal and restoration, a new perspective and vision for life spring up from the rubble of war.
