Seminar overview

Join us for an exclusive preview into a new limited-edition book, Hong Kong: The Twenty Minute City, published by Colliers International. For this RICS seminar, our knowledge partner Colliers International will present on the latest developments of Hong Kong’s transportation and real estate opportunities in the city, followed by a guided tour of Colliers' latest office developments and its design concept.

By using GIS analytics, Colliers has predicted locations that are positioned to benefit the most over the coming decade. This is derived from a sophisticated scoring system, ranking 137 winners from over 9,500 grids covering the entire territory. Within these insights are key findings that identify the positive effects likely to occur between sub-districts, allowing investors to source opportunities resulting from our deep knowledge of Hong Kong’s urban development landscape.
