About this event

ICF Hong Kong is pleased to host its first CCE webinar for 2021 starting with a talk on The Science and Art of Coaching to Create Greater Impact and Sales by Marcia Reynolds MCC.

This workshop will help new and experienced coaches know how to communicate with potential clients the power of coaching to create long-term behavioral change. They will see how coaching rewires the brain in ways that teaching, managing, and mentoring fall short. Then the program covers essential practices in Reflective Inquiry, not just asking questions, to create breakthroughs in awareness.

There will be an exercise in using reflective statements with clients and time for Q & A so participants can immediately integrate what they learn in their current coaching practices to get more effective and fulfilling results
