CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Mobility with Max
Stretch but make it active. Work on your mobility by moving your upper and lower body through the ranges of motion it was born to move in.
HIIT with Max
Strength, mobility, conditioning and more minus the gym. Cover all bases with a high intensity interval blast incorporating your classic push, pull, squat & hinge with bodyweight, dumbbell and banded exercises.
Yoga Flow with Ana
Connecting the breath, movement, and mind, Yoga Flow fuses the principles of Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga together in a fluid workout. Great for the head, heart and muscles.
Yoga Sculpt with Ana
A twist on your normal practice, Yoga Sculpt challenges the body by adding hand weights to your flow. Think Vinyasa with some extra spice, work on your strength, mobility, core and conditioning. Be ready to sweat!
MEET OUR INSTRUCTORS
Max Woodward
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Max's passion for health and fitness stems from a 10 year career as a professional rugby athlete; a career that has taken him to Wales, Japan and Hong Kong. Max specializes in strength & mobility training, as well as fat loss and conditioning and believes that everyone, no matter their athletic background, should always be on a journey to get stronger and more mobile, key facets to living a healthy and fulfilling life.
Ana Carazo
Originally from New Zealand, a passion for yoga has led her to study Ashtanga, pre/post natal yoga, pranayama and meditation. Yoga has helped Ana cultivate balance, inner peace and physical strength. She strives to create a balanced practice that combines the fluidity of movement with the stillness of introspection. Through her guidance, students learn to synchronize breath with movement, fostering a deeper connection between mind, body and spirit.
