About this event

The philosophy

Just as plants flourish and thrive when nurtured with soothing sounds and gentle care, humans too can experience profound positive changes through the transformative influence of sound.

Our series is thoughtfully designed to guide you through the year, offering monthly sound bath sessions, each with its unique theme. These sessions are crafted to help you feel more grounded, balanced, and deeply connected to yourself and the world around you.

Step into the tranquillity of our plant sanctuary and experience the healing soundscape meticulously crafted by Carol. With a diverse range of instruments, including gongs, singing bowls, drums, and koshi chimes, Carol guides you into a state of deep relaxation and rejuvenation. Moreover, she incorporates breathwork and oracle cards to deepen your journey, providing moments for introspection and personal growth. Immerse yourself in this natural healing energy and emerge from each session feeling refreshed, renewed, and revitalised.
