Join us as Ben Shewry, the acclaimed chef and owner of Melbourne’s Attica Restaurant, speaks with Sam Sifton, food editor of The New York Times, about how food can be used as a lens to explore the relationship between Australia’s identity and its residents — old and new.


The onstage discussion and Q&A session will be followed by a cocktail reception hosted by The New York Times.
