Terms and Conditions

• Each entry ticket is valid for the date of registration for maximum 1 person.

• Each person will receive ONE QR code for entry.

• Visitors must be aged 18 years old or over.

• The duration of each session is 1 hour.

• Edrington HK Limited / The Macallan HK may, without prior notice and without compensation, change the operating hours, close the event or any part thereof temporarily, or suspend the operation of individual elements for weather, safety, maintenance, or any other reason.

• All tickets to this experience are processed and issued by Eventbrite, which has its own terms of service on its website to which you agree when using their service. All tickets are subjected to availability and acceptance by Edrington HK Limited / The Macallan HK.

Precautionary Measures to prevent COVID-19

• All visitors are required to scan the "LeaveHomeSafe" QR code before entering the venue

• Please wear mask upon entry of the venue and at all times

• People with symptoms of flu and who have been in contact with COVID-19 patients within the last 14 days may not attend the event

• Always maintain social distancing

Edrington HK Limited / The Macallan HK reserve the right to refuse admission in the following circumstances:

• Body temperature is equal or higher than 37.5°C, or

• Not wearing a face mask when entering the venue or

• Fail to complete health declaration or scan “LeaveHomeSafe” QR code.
