Immerse yourself in deep relaxation with a serene fusion of restorative yoga, a tranquil sound bath, and calming guided meditation. Gentle use of essential oils will enrich your senses, creating a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere. This immersive experience is designed to soothe the body, quiet the mind, and elevate your overall sense of well-being.

Reminders：

• ⁠Yoga Mats will be provided
• Please wear comfortable clothes and sneakers for ease of exercise
• Please arrive 15 minutes before the workshop and prepare the e-tickets for check-in
• *Not recommended for individuals who are disabled, pregnant, have been diagnosed with conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, or other diseases that are not suitable for vigorous physical activities, or have a pacemaker installed. Participants with any of these conditions are strongly advised not to participate. Children aged under 12 shall be accompanied by guardians or parents during the activities.
• Paid tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded. Except upon occurrence of adverse weather conditions, i.e., when a tropical cyclone warning signal No. 3 or above is in force, or a Black, Red, or Amber Rainstorm Warning is issued, The Door Collective Limited reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event. The arrangement will be annouced at least 2 hours prior to the start of the activity.
