透過多種樂器：印度笛/框鼓/kalimba/口弦等等加上loop station現場奏出場景音樂，帶領大家進入深層嘅休息和探索內在旅程。

過程中，參加者會被帶領進行溫和嘅伸展鬆開身體束縛，讓音符穿透身心進入靜心狀態。

Through various instruments including the Indian flute, frame drum, kalimba, and jaw harp, along with a loop station to create ambient music, participants will be guided into deep relaxation and an exploration of their inner journey.

During the process, participants will be led in gentle stretches to release physical tension, allowing the notes to penetrate body and mind, helping them enter a state of calmness.

Fire & Music Ceremony for grounding & transformation

一個45分鐘到1小時的聲音儀式，歡迎男女參加，輕鬆、舒適、和諧地踏入我們真實自我的神聖表達。

Dorothy將帶領你穿越叢林的神聖聲音，通過薩滿鼓聲、用我們的聲音進行音調，以及深度鍾聲放鬆，發現靈魂的不同面向。這個儀式結合了工作坊和體驗。如果你感受到召喚，請加入我們，一同踏入你的力量，透過一同參與舞動唱頌和感受，連結四元素地水火風。

A 45 mins-1 hour sound ceremony, welcoming men and women to step into divine expression of our true selves, with ease, comfort, and alignment.

Dorothy will bring you on a journey through the jungle’s sacred sounds, discovering different aspects of the soul through shamanic drumming, toning with our voices, and deep gong relaxation. This ceremony is part workshop, part experience. Join us if you feel called to step into your power.

Reminders：

• Please wear comfortable clothes and sneakers for ease of exercise
• Please arrive 15 minutes before the workshop and prepare the e-tickets for check-in
• *Not recommended for individuals who are disabled, pregnant, have been diagnosed with conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, or other diseases that are not suitable for vigorous physical activities, or have a pacemaker installed. Participants with any of these conditions are strongly advised not to participate. Children aged under 12 shall be accompanied by guardians or parents during the activities.
• Paid tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded. Except upon occurrence of adverse weather conditions, i.e., when a tropical cyclone warning signal No. 3 or above is in force, or a Black, Red, or Amber Rainstorm Warning is issued, The Door Collective Limited reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event. The arrangement will be annouced at least 2 hours prior to the start of the activity.
