Inspired by animal movements, this session is designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility, and coordination for fitness enthusiasts of all levels of proficiency.

Animal Flow為一種地面及徒手訓練運動，融合了四足動物的移動方式，變化出都市人不習慣的活動訓練，讓我們如何像動物一樣移動與動作，讓我們重捨對自己身體的控制、協調、靈活性及肌內力。

Instructor Tracy is a passionate person who loves to challenge herself. She is currently a certified bodyweight training coach at the Hong Kong China Bodybuilding and Fitness Association, and a Level One instructor in Animal Flow.
