Patrick Ho

Deputy Head, Sustainable Development, Swire Properties

Patrick Ho is responsible for formulating and executing the corporate sustainability strategy for Swire's operations across Hong Kong, mainland China and the US. He leads a team to manage the full spectrum of the company’s environmental, social and economic impact and integrates ESG considerations into every facet of Swire Properties’ business.

In his role, Ho works with senior leaders to help limit global warming and to reach net-zero emissions by 2050. Ho is a chartered environmentalist, a member of the Chartered Institution of Water and Environmental Management and a certified carbon auditor. He is a member of the corporate advisory board of the World Green Building Council, a member of Science Based Targets Initiative and a steering committee member of the Climate Change Business Forum.

Minh Do

Co-chief Operating Officer, Animoca Brands

Minh Do is the co-chief operating officer at Animoca Brands, the leading #openmetaverse group of companies. Animoca Brands' mission is to bring digital property rights to the world through an open, decentralized network of systems and environments connected by the core concepts of ownership, interoperability and community governance.

As co-COO, Do is responsible for building the global organisation that supports the Animoca group of companies to innovate, explore and build the underlying infrastructure for Web3.

Before joining Animoca Brands, Do led the greater China businesses at Gerson Lehrman Group (GLG), a global information services and consulting company headquartered in New York City. He sat on the global operating leadership team responsible for GLG's APAC technology strategy and was a core member of GLG's APAC leadership, helping the company drive business expansion in China, India, Australia, and across South East Asia. Do was also responsible for GLG's APAC technology practice and led the company's China risk management committee.

Do started his career at Linklaters LLP and is a dual qualified attorney in Hong Kong and New York. He is also a multi-time entrepreneur and active angel investor in the technology and real estate space.

Associate Director and Team Head, List Sotheby’s International Realty, Hong Kong

Daly is originally from the UK and has been living in Hong Kong since 1995. He is a licensed Hong Kong property agent and has over ten years’ experience in luxury residential sales and leasing. Daly is an associate director and team head at List Sotheby’s International Realty, Hong Kong and is one of the company’s top performing agents in 2022. He is passionate about showcasing luxury homes and his listings are often featured in the local media, including Tatler Homes, South China Morning Post’s Luxe Homes and TVB’s financial show ‘A Property a Day’.
