Event overview

The emerging Connected and Autonomous Vehicles (CAV) and Electric Vehicle (EV) revolution opens a new frontier of disruption in transportation and urban living. For our cities, this presents a huge opportunity to radically transform mobility, providing the opportunity is harnessed in the right way to best meet the needs of that city.

Hong Kong's core mobility objectives need to accelerate the advocacy for CAV adoption. It needs to support a land-scarce city by developing CAV routes that complement the current metro system, with a focus on ‘first and last mile’ connection around metro stations.

The RICS and Arcadis have partnered to deliver a luncheon to discuss the future of EVs and CAVs in Hong Kong. The event will include insight from Scania’s Head of Sustainable Transport Solutions, Alex Mastrovito, who will discuss the future of mobility from a commercial vehicle perspective.
