About Sophia Greengrass

After completing her studies in Hatha Yoga with Yoganath Andiappan of Anahata Yoga in 2015, Sophia started teaching straight away.

Firstly, with pay-as-you-wish classes in Victoria Park, which she affectionately dubbed ‘yoga busking’. Teaching at Yoga Bam Bam came next, and through this Central studio, she had the opportunity to teach at many events, including her first festival - the Secret Island Party.

After falling in love with the vibes of festival yoga classes, she’s taught at festivals and events throughout Hong Kong and Asia including the Shi Fu Miz festivals, Iris: Your Escape, representing Wonderfruit Festival, and was the Director of Yoga at Equation Festival, Vietnam in 2017.

Sophia has an inclusive and nurturing style of teaching and matches soothing, chilled beats to the sequence of the class.
