The FHK x Nomura Bread Run - July 20, 2017 (2 drop off points)

The FHK Bread Run engages individual and groups of volunteers in the nightly collection of surplus fresh bread. Simply select one or more stores to visit at closing time, collect the surplus bread and then deliver them to an FHK drop-off point. All Bread Run donations are redistributed same night or next morning to local charities providing food to those in need in HK.

樂餉社的麵包收集活動收集活動歡迎個人或團體義工參與，於晚上收集賣剩的新鮮麵包。義工只需選擇一間或多間店舖，在店舖關門的時候前往該處收集剩下的麵包，並將它們帶到樂餉社的收集點。所有在收集到的食物將在當晚或翌日早上分配予本地的慈善機構，為他們提供食物，幫助本地有需要的人。

HOW CAN I BECOME A BREAD RUNNER?　如何參加麵包收集活動？

• Select one or more stores that you can visit at closing time. We recommend partnering up with a friend and registering for a minimum of 2-3 stores
• Click the Register button at the bottom of page and enter your contact details
• 1 day before the Bread Run we will email your collection tickets. These act as your volunteer ID and include the store address, telephone number and pick-up time
  
  
• 選擇一間或多間你能在店舖關門時間到訪的店舖。我們建議您可以與友人同行，一同登記最少兩至三間店舖。
• 按頁面下方的「登記」，並輸入您的聯繫資料。
• 在活動前一天您將會透過電郵收到「麵包收集確認書」，這亦是您的義工證，上面將印有店舖地址，電話號碼及收集時間。

ON THE BREAD RUN NIGHT　麵包收集活動當晚

• Call your stores 1 hour before closing time to confirm they have surplus to collect
• Arrive at each store at closing time. Bring your own carrier bags to help further reduce waste!
• Print out your PDF ticket and show to the store staff
• Collect the donation receipt (except Pret A Manger), double check the number of pieces and sign to confirm receipt
• Pack the donated surplus breads into your carrier bags
• Bring the bread and receipt to an FHK drop-off point

• 在關門時間抵達店舖，請帶上自己的購物袋，減少浪費吧！

• Where is the drop off point? 1. The FHK Foodbank at Unit 715-717, Block A2, Yau Tong Industrial City, 17-25 Ko Fai Road, Yau Tong 2. Nomura branded veggie van (Car plate RX3076), parked next to taxi stand of Two IFC
  
  
• When will I receive my collection ticket? Tickets will be emailed 1 day before the Bread Run
• What if I have a problem on the night? If you are running late, please ensure you call the store directly. If you are unable to make the pick-up or have any problems in the store, please call the FHK Hotline on 2205 6568.
• What if the store informs me there is no bread to collect? Please note that all donations are subject to availability on the night. If there is no donation to collect, please thank the store for their time and call the FHK Hotline on 2205 6568 to inform our team.
• What is the arrangement under typhoons and rainstorms? 5PM on the day of Bread Run: If No.1-3 Storm Signal or Amber Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted or in force, Bread Run will continue as usual; if No.8 Storm Signal (or above) or Red Rainstorm Warning Signal or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted or in force, Bread Run will be CANCELLED. During Bread Run: If No.1-3 Storm Signal or Amber Rainstorm Warning Signal or Red Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted or inforce, Bread Run will continue as usual; if No.8 Storm Signal (or above) or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal is hoisted or in force, Bread Run will be CANCELLED.

• 我在何時會收到「麵包收集確認書」？
  答：「麵包收集確認書」會在麵包收集活動的前一天電郵予您。
• 我在當晚遇到問題該怎麼辦？
  答：如果您無法準時抵達店舖，請直接聯絡該店。如果您無法前往或在店內遇到任何問題，請致電樂餉社熱線2205 6568。
• 如果店舖告知我沒有賣剩的麵包供我收集該怎麼辦？
  答：請留意每晚的捐贈都需根據當日的銷售情況而定。如果當天店舖沒有剩餘的麵包，請代我們向店舖致謝，然後致電樂餉社熱線2205 6568通知我們。
• 颱風及暴雨警告下會有甚麼安排？
  答：在活動當日的下午五點時，如懸掛一至三號暴風信號或黃色暴雨警告信號，活動將如常進行；八號或以上的暴風信號或紅色暴雨警告信號或黑色暴雨警告信號懸掛時，活動將會取消。
