Celebrate New Year's Eve at the historic Tai Kwun, located at the top of Block 01, Central Police Headquarters, overlooking the Parade Grounds, The Dispensary will be seeing in the New Year with a traditional bagpipes performance from Thomas Chan, jazz vocals from Karen Linker and Aqua's resident DJ Abel Rogers.
