About the Panelists:

Eleanor Coleman:

Eleanor Coleman is the founder of The Financial Empowerment Group, an online community dedicated to helping you get financial freedom through education and planning. She has twelve years of banking and wealth management experience in Hong Kong.

Olivia Lee:

Olivia Lee is Canadian entrepreneur with a passion for fashion, media and technology. Her

professional repertoire includes 3+ years as the brand manager for Parmigiani, luxury Swiss

watch brand; director of a professional fundraising company which has raised over $150

million in contributions for charities in the Asia Pacific region. She is also a contributor to a

number of international publications, an opinion leader and speaker in the startups,

conscious lifestyle, technology and luxury goods communities.

In 2015, she created and co-founded The Closeteur Magazine, Hong Kong’s first interactive digital magazine dedicated to fashion and conscious living.

Belinda Esterhammer:

Belinda is the founder of Springboard Group, an integrated marketing agency bridging traditional and millennial thinking to drive new and innovative approaches. Prior starting Springboard, she led high-profile marketing campaigns for EY’s female entrepreneur program in Hong Kong and worked in marketing across many sectors around the world.

She is a passionate advocate for female mentoring and founded NextGen Women Network (NWN), a non-profit mentoring network for high school and university girls in Hong Kong. NWN’s mission is to connect girls with female mentors and to raise awareness of the importance of empowering and mentoring girls and women. NWN offers a platform to engage, learn, connect and share experience and encourage women to dream big and be bold.

To empower more people to become entrepreneurs she is a facilitator for Startup Weekend and recently organized a Global Startup Weekend Women edition. Belinda sits on the mentorship steering committee of the Asian University for Women Support Foundation, TEDxTinHauWomen, ICON and is a Co-host for #impact Podcast.

Jaslyn Koh:

Jaslyn Koh is the Founder of The Busy Woman Project and - both platforms built with a mission to raise human consciousness for health-conscious busy individuals to live authentically, sustainably and be well mentally, physically, emotionally, socially.

Targeted at the epidemic of stress in Asia, The Busy Woman Project, as an online content & offline events/corporate workshops platform, aims to empower women & the people around them to be resilient and to lead more fulfilled lives through health, as a means towards greater diversity, well-being & global economic growth.
