Who facilitates the workshop?

The course is facilitated by Dolly Nawalkha, Counsellor. ​At Inner Compass, she regularly leads workshops for teenagers and adults. These include sessions focused on developing skills to manage anxiety and stress, foster emotion regulation and frustration tolerance skills through arts-based therapy.

Yes the material is included in the workshop. We will start the workshop by doing a reading of "The Ball Inside of Us".
