2022 Technovation GIrls is open for registration! Do you want to catch this opportunity and participate in this movement of girls? Joining 2022 Technovation Girls here:

For aged 8-18 Hong Kong girls, this online workshop is designed for those who would like to join the Technovation Girls competition. You will get some tips to better prepare yourself for this international tech competition, which will be a good chance to exchange ideas with girls from different countries.

Workshop: What Makes a Great Idea: Find a RIGHT Problem First.

Speaker: Mr. Yenson SHE (Founder & Consultant, Presentee)

The first half of my career focused on strategy and consulting at P&G, Roland Berger, and Oliver Wyman. After a master degree at the University of Cambridge, I switched path to technology and innovation to build my career through launching and building Uber Eats in HK & APAC, driving both corporate and social innovation for a multi-billion conglomerate, and now launching a FinTech from Singapore in HK and meanwhile being a strategy consultant for social business and NGOs.

What is Technovation Girls?

Technovation Girls is a technology-based programme for girls aged 8 - 18. It is a movement of girls, mentors, and educators working together to learn and apply technology skills to change the world.

MakerBay Foundation is one of the Hong Kong Chapter Ambassadors to bring this great opportunity to Hong Kong girls.

About MakerBay Foundation

MakerBay Foundation is a non-profit innovation organization with a community of makers passionate about bringing social and environmental impact. As Technovation Girls is an international partner of the MakerBay project - Jockey Club AI Community Innovation Programme, the Programme is a 2.5-year hands-on education programme that brings together participants from schools, NGOs, communities and innovation technology industry professionals to give underserved youths and families the chance to learn, play and solve real-world problems with AI.
