Join us for a hands-on training session on reflective practice that gives educators practical tools and fresh insight for their professional growth. This session focuses on how reflective practice can be a cornerstone for continuous improvement and growth in the EFL classroom.
Participants will:

Many EFL teachers juggle packed schedules and rarely find time for structured reflection, missing opportunities to refine their practice - this workshop equips you with simple tools to make it a habit.
For the best experience, attendees should have:
- a computer or ipad style device (a phone will also work)
- stable internet access

Attendees will also receive a certificate of attendance which includes the number of teaching hours.
Trainer: Alexandra Rubenstein
Alex has approximately 13 years experience working in the EFL industry in Mainland China, where she has held a variety of positions in teaching and education management. Before joining English for Asia, Alex was a Regional Education Manager at Education First where she oversaw the teaching department across 6 adult training schools in Guangzhou. During this time, she was involved in several national projects related to teacher development and performance management. Alex holds a Trinity Certificate in Tesol and is a candidate for the Trinity Diploma in Tesol. She currently works as an online course tutor.
