With the Mid-Autumn Festival around the corner, I thought it would be the perfect excuse to slow down, gather around tea, and create something of our own plus learn the art of making a smooth, flavorful brew at home.
What you’ll experience:
- Introduction to tea blending basics
- Guided tasting
- Create your own custom tea blend
- Master hot and cold brew techniques
- Take-home tea blends + recipe card
Workshops are hosted in a private apartment in Sai Ying Pun.
