Hong Kong Memories is a creative culinary showcase featuring participating chefs' takes on their beloved local dishes and flavours, reimagined with their signature twists. The dining experience invites guests on a journey to explore different perspectives of local food through a unique cocktail tasting format.
On November 26, join chefs Asher Goldstein of Francis (T.Dining Hong Kong Top 20 Best Restaurant 2019) and Michael Chan of Sushi Tsubomi as they collaborate on a small bites menu fusing Middle Eastern and Japanese influences to tell a story of Hong Kong like never before.

PLEASE NOTE: The event format is a stand-up cocktail, with limited sofa and armchair seating available in the ZUGORAMA lounge. As there is no cloakroom service, guests are encouraged to minimise baggage. Dishes will be prepared by the chefs in an open kitchen and passed around the venue.
