Hong Kong Memories is a creative culinary showcase featuring participating chefs' takes on their beloved local dishes and flavours, reimagined with their signature twists. The dining experience invites guests on a journey to explore different perspectives of local food through a unique format.
On November 27, join chef Nicholas Chew of Bibo, chef Saito Chau of John Anthony, and pastry chef Joanna Yuen of Nobu as they collaborate on a small bites menu fusing French, Chinese and Japanese influences—inspired by the many meals in a day—to tell a story of Hong Kong like never before.

PLEASE NOTE: The event format is a stand-up cocktail, with limited sofa and armchair seating available in the ZUGORAMA lounge. As there is no cloakroom service, guests are encouraged to minimise baggage. Dishes will be prepared by the chefs in an open kitchen and passed around the venue.
