Hong Kong Memories is a creative culinary showcase featuring participating chefs' takes on their beloved local dishes and flavours, reimagined with their signature twists. The dining experience invites guests on a journey to explore different perspectives of local food through a unique cocktail tasting format.
On November 29, join chefs Asher Goldstein (Francis), Joanna Yuen (Nobu), Michael Chan (Sushi Tsubomi), Saito Chu (John Anthony) and Nicholas Chew (Bibo) as they collaborate on a small bites menu that tells a story of Hong Kong like never before—one fusing a diverse spectrum of influences, from Japanese to Middle Eastern, French to Cantonese.

PLEASE NOTE: The event format is a stand-up cocktail, with limited sofa and armchair seating available in the ZUGORAMA lounge. As there is no cloakroom service, guests are encouraged to minimise baggage. Dishes will be prepared by the chefs in an open kitchen and passed around the venue.
