王十月是全國作家協會委員、廣東省作家協會副會長、《作品》雜誌主編。曾獲魯迅文學獎、百花文學獎,其小說多次入選國家級文學活動,並翻譯成多種外語。他積極參與新媒體文學推廣工作。
