Join The Women’s Foundation and the Equal Opportunities Commission as we explore the drivers needed to create gender equality in all workplaces, focusing on preventing sexual harassment.
Peter Reading, Senior Legal Counsel, Equal Opportunities Commission will provide an overview of recent reforms to the Sex Discrimination Ordinance that provide new and progressive protections from sexual harassment in workplaces, including co-working spaces, and people working as interns and volunteers.
This will be followed by a panel that discusses and contextualise these new measures within overall employer best practice around preventing sexual harassment in the workplace.
