Systemic and Family Constellation

Theme: Self Integration - Integrate lost or denied parts of the self and move forward in life feeling "complete"

Family & Systemic Constellation originated in Germany and was first applied in the context of Family Therapy in discovering hidden patterns and dynamics of the family system. “Systemic Constellation” was later developed and expanded to be applied in all kinds of living systems apart from family system – personal, health, organisations, society, and even nature.

The healing power of the Systemic Constellation method has to be experienced and can be truly potent and transformative.

For case givers, any topic is welcome.

There is no “just observers” – because there will be exercises for all participants.

The theme for the exercises for this workshop would be on business and leadership related matters. (But you are also welcome to use them for exploring other areas in your life.)

主題 : 自我整合 - 讓我們變得完整，不再失去自我價值或被拒絕否定

「家庭系統排列」由德國心理治療師開創，起源於家族治療的心理療法，在導師指引下，能夠具體找出當事人家庭成員的互動模式和關係動力。及後「系統排列」被應用於各種不同的系統：包括個人的不同部份、身體系統、企業、各種團體、甚至社會和大自然系統。

系統排列是一種強而有力體驗式的過程，直達人心，讓參與者得得到深層啟發，其他療癒技巧難以達到同樣快速而深刻的效果。

工作坊歡迎案主帶任何主題來探討，但位置有限，必須預訂。

我們的系統排列工作坊不會只做觀察者，非案主有機會做排列練習，工作坊會以深沉呼吸法作結。

每次工作坊非案主的排列練習有不同主題，本次的主題圍繞領導力和商業有關的問題，亦適合想創業的朋友。
