The Swire Management Trainee Programme has two sub-programmes - Group Staff and House Staff. Both programmes offer the same, highly competitive compensation and benefits package and they’ll give you experience in the commercial, operational and customer aspects of the business. However, the industry and geographical scope of each varies.

What we offer
Career progression: For Group Staff, you’ll be based mainly in Hong Kong, Mainland China and potentially some international locations; you’ll get to know an entire industry through job rotations across multiple functions. For House Staff, you’ll experience international postings across multiple countries on job rotations.
Learning and development: As well as learning on the job, you’ll receive training and development tailored to your needs and with a focus on leadership. You’ll benefit from in-house training with Ethos International and advanced management training at renowned business schools such as INSEAD.
