On the Swire Management Trainee Programme, you’ll shape the future of our business as you develop into a senior role. On this rotational leadership programme you will grow your leadership skills and your understanding of how to run a business, so that you may someday become a future General Manager, Director or even CEO. You’ll never stop challenging and being challenged.
The programmes will give you experience in the commercial, operational and customer aspects of the business, however, the industry and geographical scope of each varies.
We are looking for young talents who have the business and commercial acumen, as well as the ambition, to develop into a senior leader with Swire and eventually run a business.
