The Supporting Colleagues' Mental Health Workshop is an interactive training on how to support a colleague’s mental health developed in-house by Mind HK


Supporting Colleagues' Mental Health Workshop will cover:

  • Your role: Peer support and self-care
  • How mental health struggles present at work
  • Barriers and challenges of supporting colleagues
  • Strategies for supporting positive mental health at work
  • Empathy
  • Setting up conversations: Do's and Don'ts
  • Active Listening
  • Demonstration, role-plays and discussions
  • Q&A

The sessions will run between 7pm-9pm. Refreshments will not be provided, but are available to purchase in the building.

Attendance at all sessions are required for certification.
